Welcome to Optinue Consulting LLP. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website optinue.in and any services provided by us. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or engage our services.
• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from this site without written permission.

2. Services

Optinue Consulting LLP provides the following services:

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Implementation
• Website Design & Development
• Mobile App Development
• WhatsApp Bot Automation (OptiKit & OptiChat)
• Corporate Training & Workshops
• IT Consulting & Digital Transformation

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotes and project proposals are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise pricing if project scope changes significantly.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to begin any project (except training programs).
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
• Training fees are payable 100% in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• GST @18% will be applicable as per Government of India regulations.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

• We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions for design/development projects at no extra cost.
• Additional revisions will be charged on an hourly basis.
• Project delays caused by client-side feedback delays may extend delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of Optinue Consulting LLP. Upon final payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client (excluding source code for certain platforms, unless explicitly agreed).

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, client data, pricing, and project details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Optinue Consulting LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 15 days written notice. In case of client termination, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payable immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
